This pivotal role is required to manage the service delivery to Beond’s existing mid-tier clients by understanding the agreed service levels, the clients’ demands and the commercial context. You will proactively contact your defined portfolio of clients to maintain a consistently high level of service delivery to ensure high client satisfaction to ultimately retain the client.

Due to recent growth and anticipated further growth of our client base we are recruiting an additional Energy Procurement Consultant to take on the following roles and responsibilities:
The Energy Procurement Consultant will report to the Consulting and Risk Director.
In order to carry out these responsibilities it will be necessary to have previous electricity and gas procurement experience with energy users in the UK and be able to demonstrate past achievements. It will also be important to develop networks and relationships with energy supplier contacts in order to understand current developments and supply contracts from suppliers.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in energy markets preferably within the retail (business to business) energy sector. Required skills and experience include client relationship management, team leadership and management, risk management and risk advisory, creative problem solving, quantitative and data analysis, account management, inter-personal, communication and presentational skills. We would particularly welcome candidates with experience of any of the following:
Commencement salary is competitive with prospect to increase as skills are developed and ability to deliver is demonstrated. Dependent on the development of both the candidate and the business, there may be an opportunity to develop further within the business
