We help our clients deal with energy and sustainability challenges in a rapidly changing and complex market as new regulations and technologies are introduced in response to global climate change. Our service helps businesses keep their energy costs as low as possible within this complex environment while rewarding them for tackling climate change.
Beond is building a new sales team to accelerate the growth of their Zero Carbon Project, which aims to solve climate change by rewarding consumers for switching to zero carbon energy. Their proprietary Zero Carbon Market can deliver cost savings to consumers while switching them to their choice zero carbon energy technologies including Beond’s own proprietary ‘Green Moments’ pure renewables offering. It is not essential to have energy industry experience.
We are looking for a target driven, commercially aware individual to help generate new opportunities for the public sector and commercial teams at Beond. You will start in a lead generation position, which is designed to equip you with all the skills required to become a fully-fledged client facing consultant. It is expected that you will graduate to consultant level after 18 months, possibly sooner. During the initial 18mths period you will be part of the following learning and development framework;
Months 12-18 will be focussed on developing your consulting skills as you evolve into a client facing consultant. By this stage you will have;
At consultant level, you will be given a portfolio of clients to support as well as separate growth targets in line with the business’s objectives. Prior to this, you will develop your skills in the lead generation role for the first 18 months.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in zero carbon energy, who can demonstrate past achievements and who shares our core company values of Integrity, Quality and Innovation.
Base salary will commence at £25k with the prospect to increase rapidly as skills are developed and the ability to deliver is demonstrated. Additionally you will be offered an attractive incentive commission structure from commencement.
The role is full time and will be based in Chiswick, West London. Candidates should have the legal right to work in the UK.
